Situated in a cul-de-sac adjacent to beautiful Regent’s Park itself and a ten-minute walk to Regent’s Park tube (Jubilee line) and Warren Street (Victoria and Northern line).

Accommodation on Offer: 

Single bedroom and separate sitting room/study, and sole use of bathroom on the top floor of a gorgeous mews house. Wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, chair and Wifi are available alongside shared use of the kitchen, living room and the home’s facilities. There is plenty of storage space.

What the Opportunity Involves:

This Homeshare offers a wonderful opportunity to share a lovely home with a delightful and engaging gentleman in his 90s. In return for the low-cost accommodation, our Homeowner is seeking a little practical support such as keeping the kitchen tidy, emptying the dishwasher, assistance with IT and phone/email issues, and cooking a few mid-week suppers to share together.

A cleaner comes to the home regularly.

Our Homeowner lives an independent and active life and is very close to his family who he sees often. He loves the arts, painting, philosophy, reading and classical music. He enjoys daily regular exercise and watching a good period drama in the evening.

His current Sharer is relocating for work so we are looking to match a kind and interesting new Sharer who can be around occasionally during the day mid-week to help him with IT and technical difficulties, including occasional telephone calls to make appointments, as he is a little hard of hearing.

Someone who also enjoys cooking would be a real bonus, and who would like to share an evening meal and good conversation. No personal care is required or permitted.

Our Homeowner would prefer to share with a female and someone who has been double vaccinated against Covid.

Cost: £199 per month

This is a monthly facilitation fee for our matching and ongoing monitoring service. You do NOT pay any rent to the homeowner. Bills are included.
